I’m a Director of Photography and Producer working in documentary film and television. For most of my career, I’ve focused on character-driven, verite work that values access, trust, and staying out of the way long enough for real moments to unfold.

My visual approach is shaped by my experience in photo and visual journalism, which continues to influence how I frame and light people and environments. That sensibility carries through my work in documentary, commercial, and branded projects.

My work has been recognized with an Emmy Award, two Webby Awards, Best Documentary Feature and Viewers’ Choice at the Brooklyn International Film Festival, and a Silver Hugo at the Chicago International Film Festival. Projects I’ve shot have been produced for Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, PBS, Nat Geo, Discovery, History, Travel Channel, Telemundo, and Sports Illustrated, with cinematography appearing in Time, People, Marie Claire, and NPR.
